Volunteer at your local shelter.
You can make a difference in an animal's life.
This is my adoption page.
Many of the pets depicted will have been placed. Please contact the shelter for additional information !
We used to volunteer our time taking photos of animals at the shelter. The photos below demonstarte how adoptable the pets at your shelter are. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please contact the SPCA directly. If you are unable to provide a home but have alot of love to give to these unfortunate pets, please consider volunteering your time or providing a donation. Every little bit helps !
Contrary to popular belief, not all dogs come from bad homes or from irresponsilbe owners that did not find the time to spay or neuter their pets. A lot of dogs are being misplaced due to the financial misfortunes of their owners in these down economic times. When homeowners go into foreclosure and have no place to go, pets often feel the reprocussion! They lose their loving homes!
There are a multitude of reasons for dogs to be displaced. Let's not focus on the whys of the situation. Let's do what we can to help.
All dog photos, featured below, were taken at the following location:
7734 Congress Street
New Port Richey, FL 34653-1110
I would like to give thanks to Crystal, Danny, Dave, and Terry for all their assistance.
During my time volunteering, I discovered that the smallest things in life often have the largest impact. Something as simple as a warm hug can make the day more bareble to those that have no voice.
Look at those big marble eyes
Waiting to be let into your heart
The volunteers and staff use their break time to play with an animal waiting for adoption. Does their dedication know no ends?
